Products and descriptions
We take care to describe and photograph the Philipa Carrier accurately. Even so, small variations can occur — fabric batches differ slightly, and colours render differently on different screens. Product weights, dimensions and capacities are approximate.
Always read and follow the fitting guide included with your carrier before use, and check the product regularly for wear.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud — and if payment has been taken we will refund it in full.
Pricing and payment
- Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes; any taxes, duties or import charges payable in your country are your responsibility.
- Promotional or "compare-at" pricing reflects our previous or recommended price for the same product.
- Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments. We do not see or store your full card details.
- We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping methods, timeframes and any charges are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are made in good faith but are not guaranteed; carriers, customs and weather occasionally have other plans.
Returns and refunds
Our 30-day change-of-mind return policy — including how to start a return and how refunds are processed — is set out on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in that policy limits any statutory rights or guarantees you have under applicable consumer law, including in relation to faulty products.
Intellectual property
Everything on this site — the Maison Philipa name, logos, product design, photography, video and copy — is owned by or licensed to us. You're welcome to share it in the ordinary social way; you may not reproduce it commercially, or pass it off as your own, without our written permission.
Acceptable use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, for consumers in Australia, the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, and equivalent protections in other jurisdictions.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
