So comfortable for both of us
I’ve tried a couple of carriers and this is definitely the most comfortable one. The straps feel really supportive and my baby settles almost immediately once she’s in it. I also love how stylish the pattern is.
Actually looks nice enough to wear out
Most baby carriers feel really practical-looking, but this one genuinely feels like part of an outfit. I’ve had a few people ask me where I got it from. Super soft and feels really well made too.
My baby falls asleep in this every time
This has become my go-to when my baby is unsettled. I put her in, walk around for a few minutes and she usually falls asleep. It keeps her nice and close without making my shoulders ache.

Easy once you get the hang of it

Can different people wear the carrier?
The straps and waistband adjust so you can personalise the fit. Your carrier comes with an illustrated fitting guide to help you get set up.
Which colours can I choose from?
Onyx, Checkerboard, Coffee and Cream. See each colour and its product photos on the product page.
What’s included in the box?
One Philipa Carrier in your chosen colourway, plus an illustrated fitting guide.
How do I clean the carrier?
Spot-clean everyday spills with a damp cloth. For a fuller refresh, use a cold, gentle wash and line dry. Always follow the care label supplied with your carrier.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States. Ordering from somewhere else? Email us to check whether delivery is available.
How much is shipping, and when will my order arrive?
Standard tracked shipping is free. Allow 1–3 business days for processing, then an estimated 5–11 business days for delivery within the United States after dispatch.
Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier delays, customs and busy periods. Express shipping isn’t currently available.
How can I track my order?
We’ll email your tracking number when your order ships. If tracking hasn’t updated for five business days, contact us and we’ll follow up with the delivery provider.
What is your returns policy?
You can return your carrier within 30 days of delivery, provided it is clean and in resalable condition, with no damage beyond normal try-on wear. Include the original packaging where possible.
Change-of-mind return postage is at your expense. To get started, email us with your order number and reason for return. See our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is checked, we’ll refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to show the refund.
Email us with your order number and photos of the issue. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage.
